Standard Return Terms and Conditions

Apart from the exact replacement of defective products, our standard return procedure for unused and uninstalled products is subject to the following conditions:

  • Product and Packaging Condition: The spare parts to be returned must never have been mounted on a vehicle, remain unused, and retain their original factory condition (resaleable state). Products must be returned with all labels, protective materials, and undamaged original KLÖTZE packaging.

  • Documentation: To determine the start of the warranty or to initiate a return process, it is mandatory to submit the official invoice, order confirmation document, or the installation report from an authorized service center.

How Do the Warranty and Return Processes Work?

To finalize your warranty and return process as quickly as possible through our global operations network, simply follow these steps:

  1. Technical Notification: Send your exact replacement under warranty or standard return request, along with your order number and technical failure details/reason for return, via email to [email protected].

  2. Pre-Approval and RMA Code: Our expert technical support team will review your request, generate a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code for you, and share the shipping instructions of our contracted global logistics partners.

  3. Secure Shipping: Package the product in accordance with international shipping standards to prevent any further damage during transit and dispatch it to our designated logistics center.

Technical Inspection and Conclusion
